Knight S. Anderson, Esq. Hill Fulwider McDowell Funk & Matthews Mr. Anderson is a partner with the law firm of Hill Fulwider McDowell Funk & Matthews in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he represents local, national and international clients, from small family-owned companies to Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Mr. Anderson practices in the areas of products liability, toxic tort, commercial litigation, environmental litigation and insurance coverage. He has appeared on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels in Indiana and around the country. Mr. Anderson has represented manufacturers, distributors, contractors, retailers, and premises defendants. He has also selected and supervised local counsel in various jurisdictions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Anderson earned a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

John Herrick, Esq. Motley Rice Mr. Herrick was persuaded to work with Ron Motley, Joe Rice and many other current colleagues some 19 years ago, encouraged and motivated by their high standards, reputation and desire to help individuals who were victims of the asbestos industry. Over the years, he has represented victims of asbestos related diseases across the country. As a trial lawyer, he has litigated many lawsuits on behalf of individuals and their families in Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama and other states against defendants which manufactured, sold and distributed asbestos containing products and equipment, premise owners and contractors who specified and installed asbestos containing materials. Mr. Herrick won the first reported jury verdict in the nation for a domestic asbestos exposed mesothelioma victim. He won the first verdict in the nation for a mesothelioma victim against Scapa US for their manufacture of asbestos containing dryer felts, and he won a personal injury case against Lorillard Tobacco Company for an individual who was harmed by the company’s use of asbestos in their cigarette filters. Mr. Herrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983 and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1988 from the University of South Carolina. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and Maryland. He is a Member of Motley Rice LLC, serves as a member of the Executive Committee and manages the firm’s occupational disease litigation.
