Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before April 3, 2009 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after April 3 and before April 17, 2009 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee, with the remaining balance to be applied to any outstanding West/Andrews account balance. Cancellations received after April 17, 2009 and conference no-shows will NOT be eligible for refunds. Substitutions may be made at any time.
